Where will the End of Year Full Moon Party be taking place?

The event will be taking place at the University of Hertfordshire on Friday 10th May. The event is located on College Lane at The Forum Hertfordshire

Please note that this event includes a Paint Party so be prepared to get messy if you are in the splat zone!

What is the dress code?

Get ready to get messy or avoid the Paint Party and enjoy the Silent Disco

Will there be a cloakroom?

Yes, there will be a cloakroom with limited space available, charged at £2 per item

What time will the event start and finish?

Doors open from 10pm and entry must be before 11pm. Closing time 5am

What time will the main act be on stage?

A set list will be announced prior to the event and will detail all acts and set times

Please note that acts and DJs can change at any time without prior notice and no refunds will be given if this is the case

Will there be food at this event?

Yes, there will be street food vendors available at the event where you can purchase food

Please note that they may require you to pay with cash, so it's advised that you bring some with you

Will we have to pay for Silent Disco headphones?

Silent Disco is included in your ticket but a £5 cash deposit will be required to ensure headphones are returned. Upon returning the headphones, you will be given back your £5

Will there be parking available?

There will be limited parking available in The Forum multi-storey car park

What times will the event start and finish?

The End of Year Full Moon Party will start at 10pm and finish at 5am. Entry must be by 11pm or a surcharge will be enforced at the door for later arrivers

What time is last entry?

All ticket holders must ensure they arrive and are in the venue by no later than 11pm. Ticket holders who arrive after this time will need to pay a surcharge at the door

Ticket prices vary. We encourage you to purchase tickets as soon as possible to avoid paying more or missing out!

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred from one person to another

What does my ticket include?

Your End of Year Party ticket includes entry to the end of year event here at the University of Hertfordshire, brought to you by Hertfordshire Students' Union. You will have access to every room at the event (depending on legal capacity)

Is the event restricted to UH students only?

The End of Year Party is NOT restricted to UH students only. UH students can have 2 additional guests (UH student +2)

Non-students are entitled to attend this event, but must do so as a guest of a UH student. All guests must arrive with (and at the same time as) the UH student that purchased the ticket. ALL guests must bring a valid ID with them (passport or driving licence). UH students are responsible for their guests and their behaviour

Can I bring friends who aren't students at the University of Hertfordshire to this event?

Yes, as a student at the University of Hertfordshire you are entitled to bring up to 2 guests. Your guests are required to arrive with you and you are responsible for your guests and their behaviour. Your guests will be required to bring a valid form of ID to enter this event. All tickets will be linked to your student ID card. If you do not arrive together, your guests will not receive entry
