Student Rep Training – Mandatory Session
This training is mandatory for all new and returning Student Reps. The training will cover everything you need to know to get started, including how to represent your peers, work with staff, and make a real impact on the student experience at Herts. The training is updated each academic year, so even if you attended last year's training you are expected to attend one of these sessions too.

📌 Important Information:
If you are not yet registered as a Student Rep, please speak to your Programme Leader first before attending this session.
Please arrive on time – the session will start promptly. If you are more than 5 minutes late, you won’t be permitted to join and will need to come to another session. This is to make sure the session runs smoothly for everyone and that you don’t miss any key content.
You only need to attend one of the rep training sessions (so please only come along to one, unless you want to hear the same content repeated! :D)
