Project Assistant
We are recruiting for a student to support the Student Development Team. The Project Assistant will contribute to projects related to the Active Bystander Programme ran by the Students Union, working on the administration, organisation and delivery of the programme. This position is offered on a zero-hour contract, but the successful candidate may expect to work between 5-10 hours per week. Academic Society Assistant
We are recruiting a student to work as part of the Student Development Team. The Academic Society Assistant will support in projects associated with the development and organisation of Academic Societies. It is not necessary that the successful candidate has experience within Students’ Unions or societies, however this is desirable. This position is offered on a zero-hour contract, but the successful candidate may expect to work between 5-10 hours per week. Forum Venue Staff
We are recruiting 15 students to work in our venue. This role requires you to work nights between 10pm to 4am. This is a great role if you want to work in a fast-paced venue around your studies and have some fun doing so join the team. You must be available to work Wednesday and Friday nights. Venue Sound and Light Technician
We are recruiting students to work in our venue. The Venue Sound and Light Technician will contribute in a professional manner to the smooth and efficient running of Hertfordshire Students’ Union events at our venues. You must have a background in sound or light and understand the operation of equipment. You must be available to work Wednesday and Friday nights. Normal working hours on these nights will be 10:00 pm to approximately 4:00 am. Please ensure that you complete the application in full and not give a one sentence answer on your personal statement, as these applications will be rejected.
