Led by training and development consultant, Kate Gardner, this workshop will help you explore practical tools for considering different perspectives, weighing up options and making confident decisions as a team.
This session will run twice, with the first workshop at 11am, and the second workshop at 2pm, ensuring you have the opportunity to benefit off all sessions across the day.

The careers team will be present across the course of the day so that you can meet the team and find out how you can continue to work on your skills, employability, and wider career development with them across the rest of your journey here at Herts.
