Ganesh Chaturthi

Tuesday 19 September 2023

10am - 7pm

The Oval Lawn, College Lane

Ganesh Chaturthi, a vibrant Hindu festival celebrating Lord Ganesha's birth, is joyfully organized in our university. The campus comes alive with colourful decorations, traditional music, and enthusiastic students and faculty. A beautifully crafted idol of Lord Ganesha takes centre stage, and devotees offer prayers and sweets. Cultural rituals and activities on the significance of the festival enrich the experience. The festival fosters unity and cultural understanding, promoting harmony among students from diverse backgrounds. It's a time of devotion, creativity, and communal celebration, reflecting the essence of Ganesh Chaturthi within the university's vibrant tapestry. Finish the event with music.
