Due to the rainy weather forecast for Sunday 22nd September, we will be rescheduling Welcome Fest.
In its place, we will be taking over Spalding, Newton and Maclean Common Rooms each with a different activity...

The ultimate mini festival to celebrate the last day of moving in weekend! 🌞🎶
Event Highlights:
🏀 Fun inflatable games: Have a go at a variety of different inflatable games from Basketball Shoot Out to Whack-a-Mole. Compete against your new mates or make friends there!
🍦 Grab some tasty food: Enjoy some ice cream or have dinner with friends at the street food vans.
🎨 Arts and Crafts: Unleash your creativity with our fun and relaxing arts and crafts.
🎲 Lawn Games: Enjoy some friendly competition with classic lawn games such as giant chess and connect4.

👭 Meet Fellow Students: This is a fantastic opportunity to meet and mingle with other new students or those who are returning. Share your experiences, make new friends, and build a sense of community at Herts.
🎉 Take a break from moving in: Whether you have already moved or in the process, step out of your room and get involved with fun activities and get to know the SU including what fun events we have planned for Freshers' Week!
😊 Relax and Enjoy: Grab some delicious food, take part in some fun activities or simply sit in the sunshine, watching our incredible performers or listen to some great artists.
