Join us for our first session back, THIS Thursday, 26th March!
Whether you're a complete beginner or have previous experience, our society offers a supportive environment where you can build confidence, improve fitness, and learn new skills at your own pace. Pole fitness combines strength training, flexibility, and creativity, making it a unique and rewarding way to stay active.
Good news - membership is completely FREE for the rest of this semester.
Our first session will take place on Thursday 26th March, 9:30-10:30am (1 hour), open to all levels. Come down and give it a try, we would love to see you there!
Looking ahead to September, there will be a fixed annual membership fee, along with a small pay per session cost. We are currently working on our monthly event calendars, with plenty of exciting sessions and activities planned for when you return to uni.
You can expect a mix of coached sessions, themed classes, and opportunities to connect with others. We aim to create a fun, supportive space with plenty of shareable moments for everyone to enjoy.
