We’re looking for students to become Student Sleuths (Mystery Shoppers) to help us see Herts SU through your eyes. You can select which Herts SU service you wish to anonymously review - Advice & Support, the EleHouse, an event or The Forum.
All that's required from our Student Sleuths is...
- An initial meeting with our Insight Team
- A visit of the agreed service or department
- The completion of a service feedback form.
