We’re looking for students to become Student Sleuths (Mystery Shoppers) to help us see Herts SU through your eyes.
You can select which Herts SU service you wish to anonymously review; from The Forum, to The EleHouse, Community Events, and Herts SU Advice.
All that is required is an initial meeting with the Herts SU Insight Team, a visit of the agreed service or department, and then the completion of a service feedback form.
