The Student Academic Satisfaction Survey is conducted twice a year to collect feedback from students regarding their academic experience.
Semester A
This study was carried out by Hertfordshire Students' Union during the first semester of the 2020-21 academic year to gather feedback on the students' academic experience, which in turn helps inform our efforts as a Union in supporting our diverse student body, and to work with the University to make improvements where necessary. Data was collected via an online survey with a total of 1,271 responses.
