What a start to the new academic year!
We've kicked off this academic year with our first ever Midweek Midwifery Mingle session and three brilliant webinars, and we're only just getting started! We've got lots more exciting things coming up, so keep your eyes peeled for upcoming webinars, events, socials and opportunities to learn something new.
We're here to learn, grow, support each other and celebrate the little wins along the way.
You can also follow us on social media to keep up to date with our latest events, webinars and society news!
A little reminder 💜
University life and placements can be amazing, but they can also be challenging. Whatever you're going through, please remember that your wellbeing matters just as much as your education.
If anything we share, discuss or post through Herts Midwifery Society feels triggering, upsetting or brings up difficult emotions, please reach out to us, someone you trust, or one of the support services below. You don't have to explain everything or face difficult feelings alone. We want our society to be a safe, welcoming and supportive community where everyone feels heard.
There is no judgement here. You don't need to have everything figured out, and you certainly don't need to be strong all the time. The people who care for others deserve care and support, too.
