Your SCOs of the Month for October are...
Your School & Student Community Organisers (SCOs) are here to enrich the sense of community here at Herts. This year's team were appointed towards the end of the last academic year, so you can trust that they're familiar with the student experience already and are invested in making it the best it can be.
Each month we profile some of our standout SCOs. For the month of October, we're shining a light on Brandie & Tito!

Through her creativity, consistency and commitment to women's wellbeing, Brandie has become a recognisable and trusted presence on campus, making a genuine difference to how supported and connected women students feel at Herts.
- • As a returning SCO, Brandie has continued to build on her experience by turning important conversations into practical initiatives that benefit students. Her proactive approach ensures that women's wellbeing remains a priority across the wider SCO team's activities, not just within individual campaigns. Her enthusiasm, thoughtful leadership and dedication to making Herts a more inclusive environment make her a thoroughly deserving winner of the SCO Spotlight.

Tito also consistently steps up to support the wider SCO team and ensures student voices are heard by raising feedback with her line managers.
