International Women’s Day is about celebrating strength — but it’s also about acknowledging frustration, anger, and the things we’re tired of carrying.
Rage It Out and Rip It Up is a relaxed, arts-based drop-in where students can release emotions through writing, drawing, and creative expression. You’re invited to put down whatever you’re holding — expectations, pressures, injustices, self-doubt — onto paper, and then rip it up.
No pressure to share. No need to be “positive”. Just a moment to express, release, and reset.
All materials provided. Open to all. Come for five minutes or stay longer — this space is yours.
Sometimes - empowerment comes from admitting you’re angry and then letting it go.
