AI Hackathon London - Priority Tickets (UH Computer Science Society)
The Computer Science Society at the University of Hertfordshire has partnered with Encode Club to provide our members with priority access to one of London’s largest AI hackathons.
This event will bring together 350 hackers, developers, and AI enthusiasts for a 3-day hackathon focused on building innovative AI projects, learning new technologies, and collaborating with other builders. The event will run from 10:00 AM on March 20th to 4:30 PM on March 22nd.
Sponsors include Canva, ElevenLabs, and Deloitte, along with additional partners supporting the event.
Through our collaboration with Encode Club, 10 members of the University of Hertfordshire Computer Science Society will receive free fast-tracked tickets, giving priority entry to the event.

Accommodation During the Event
Participants are permitted to stay overnight at the venue during the hackathon. However, there are no dedicated sleeping spaces available, aside from couches within the venue, so please plan accordingly if you intend to stay overnight.
Travel
Travel to and from the venue is not included, so students will need to make their own way to London.
How to Claim Your Ticket

2. Select the “Guaranteed Entry” ticket.
3. Enter our society code: UHDSS
4. Your ticket price will become £0, giving you priority entry.
There are 1000+ applications for around 300 spaces, so this code helps secure faster access.
Once the 10 priority tickets have been claimed, members can still participate by applying through the free student ballot waiting list on the event page.
More hackathons will be coming soon through our partnership with Encode Club, and our members will continue to receive priority access to future events.
