JOIN US AT THE DIGITAL ANIMATION BALL!
A Prom-styled End Of Year celebration for all your hard work after a stressful, accomplished year of making wonderful art and films. We've booked out the venue Seventy7 (in the Forum) especially for you folks, including a relaxing evening with music, dancing, and chatter. Tables will have art supplies for some doodling, and a variety of board games. Along with a bunch of Food & Snack refreshments! We will also have a Photographer for you to snap some final memories of the year!!
FIRST 1.5 HOURS: EXCLUSIVELY FOR FINAL YEAR STUDENTS!
As a special treat for you, the beginning of the event will be for 3rd Years only as graduation is near. We'll provide you with free Pizza (including dietary needs), Soft Drinks, and Snacks (Popcorn, Crisps, Sweets etc). Afterwards, it will open up to the lower years/society members as everyone's been super hardworking. We will make sure everyone hass access to food and drinks no matter what time you join. But fundamentally, this celebratory evening acts as a nice informal, fun gathering for all.
THEME: FORMAL & SNAZZY CLOTHING!!
Come end the year off with a bang in your fancy outfits! This is just a prompt, so don't worry you can come in whatever clothing you want!
Sorry, this event will NOT have alcoholic drinks...
...however, as we're right next to the EleHouse, this can act as your next area of interest after the Ball comes to an end.
You are welcome to bring your own packeted food/snacks & games to share, but please do not bring alcohol so the environment stays inclusive for all :)
TICKET ENTRIES
We've decided on these prices because instead of paying for more things inside of the event, your ticket will cover what you would've paid for food/drinks, but much less. All the money received goes directly into our society treasury, which will support our future events and activities next year :)
