SOFT UK supports families affected by Trisomy 13 (Patau syndrome) and Trisomy 18 (Edwards syndrome). This is a chance to learn more and ask questions about these rare conditions, hear about the experiences of families and explore how we can provide kind, compassionate and individualised care.
