Where to find us...
Here's what you NEED to in order to collect your wristband...
Returning students: Valid UH student ID (physical card or Herts Mobile App)
Freshers: New students need to provide their purchase reference number which can be found on the email confirmation when you purchase a wristband. You will also need to provide physical student ID or photographic ID (drivers license or passport).

Can I collect my friends wristband for them? Unfortunately not, we are running wristband collection for 2 days so hopefully you can make it at some point!

Do I need to collect my wristband? You don't have to if you don't want to, however you will not be able to join the wristband queue for fast track entry! You can still rock up if you didn't collect your wristband as we can find you on our system so don't panic!
Things to remember...
You must wear your wristband for the entirety of freshers week, we operate a strict no replacement policy.
Do not tamper with or attempt to customise your wristband as this will be rejected upon entry.
Lost, tampered with, or given away wristbands willl not be replaced.
Sharing/ giving away of a wristband may result in a ban from the Forum.
If you loose or misplace your wristband you can still gain entry into freshers events as we can see your wristband purchase on your student ID, however you will not be able to join the wristband queue.
Wristbands are waterproof and can be worn in the shower!
Wristbands must only be on worn on wrists, these will not be accepted on ankles!!!
All wristbands are non transferable and non refundable.
