- Our Welcome Desk on College Lane will close from Tuesday 23rd December (16:00) and re-open on Monday 5th January (10:00)
- Our Welcome Desk on De Havilland will close from Friday 12th December (16:00) and re-open on Monday 19th January (10:00)

- In-person appointments are available at our Advice & Support Centre until Friday 12th December (16:00). Email, telephone and video call appointments will be available until Friday 19th December (16:00)
- Advice & Support will re-open for in-person, email, telephone and video call appointments from Monday 5th January

- The last student event at The Forum will be on Thursday 11th December
- The first student event in The Forum in the new year will be on Wednesday 28th January
