Thanks to you, we've achieved our best-ever result for representing students' academic interests in this year's National Student Survey, with 82.4% of students saying we're doing a good job. That's a 5 percentage point increase from last year 👀

Here's where that puts us:

🏆 18th in the UK
🏆 14th in England
🏆 Joint 1st in the East of England

And if that wasn't enough... just two years ago we were 80th in the UK. Safe to say we've come a long way but this didn't happen by accident. Every survey you completed, every Herts Unfiltered conversation, every Student Council meeting and every bit of feedback you shared has helped shape what Herts SU looks like today. From bringing back the EleHouse and launching the Herts Pass to growing our societies and running bigger and better events, your feedback has been at the heart of it all.

It's not just us celebrating either. The University also improved across every single NSS question, achieving an overall student satisfaction score of 87.2%.
