Human Resources Management - 3rd Year

I'm excited and honoured to get the opportunity to be returning for a second year in the role of School community organiser for the business school. This undoubtedly going to be a very different year for many students with us moving back to more face-to-face learning. I'm passionate to ensure that learning spaces are equipped and modernised to support these changes. Last year's SCO team at HBS was committed to increasing activities and events on De Havilland for students. I will be continuing this work and hopefully create events that will become De Havilland tradition. Along with this objective I plan to continue raising awareness of study needs agreements, working towards implementing embedded wellbeing learning at Herts Uni and supporting and collaborating with the student networks that represent underrepresented students.
