To address a frequently voiced concern among students, I propose the implementation of cushions on UNO buses. By adding comfortable cushions to seats, we will ensure that each journey becomes a more pleasant and restful experience.

To replace the current monotone white lights, I will introduce colourful and bright lighting across more UNO buses. Additionally, I will feature seasonal lighting during festive periods, creating a welcoming environment.
4. Calming Music for a Relaxing Journey
I aim to introduce soothing instrumental music on board, to make for a more enjoyable ride. This low-volume music will be carefully selected to ensure it enhances your journey without causing distraction, allowing you to relax and enjoy the ride.

Recognising the inconvenience of a dead phone at the bus stop, I will implement easily accessible charging solutions. Power banks and charging systems will be stationed at various stops, with daily charging at the university. This initiative will ensure that students can stay connected throughout their journey.

To foster a safe and inclusive environment on UNO buses, I will implement awareness campaigns through informative posters and establish additional reporting mechanisms for safety concerns. It is essential that every student feels safe and valued while travelling.
