Each Friday in October, Food Hertfordshire will be offering traditional cuisine to celebrate the successes of some of the most inspirational African, American and Caribbean people.  The menus will be based on the birth place of these great people.

Usain Bolt a Jamaican born eight-time Olympic gold medallist. He won the 100m, 200m and 4 × 100m relay at three consecutive Olympic Games. Because of his dominance and achievements in sprint competition, he is widely considered to be the greatest sprinter of all time.

Menu: Jerk Chicken, Curried Goat, Vegetable Patty with Rice and Peas, dumpling and Plantain
