The event:

The Student Paramedic Society is hosting a graduation ball for the third year cohort. This is for students and staff to celebrate the end of a very enjoyable but very challenging few years. The event will be held at Hitchin Priory on the 23rd of July. The ball will consist of a three-course meal followed by evening entertainment and celebrations. Transport to the venue from UH and back will be provided at no additional cost. The food is also included in the price of £50. With the dress code being black tie, there will be plenty of opportunity for photos.

The deposit tickets are for us to secure the venue. These are non-refundable. Only if the event is cancelled due to COVID restrictions will this be refunded. The price has been kept as low as possible with the society subsidising much of the costs. The remainder of the £50 will be due nearer to the time.

This will be an incredibly enjoyable event, with an opportunity to dress up and eat some delicious food. For many of us, it will be the last thing we do together, and we can’t wait to have a send-off to remember. We look forward to seeing you all there.

Dress code: black tie

This is typically a dinner jacket suit, pleated or plain shirt with bow tie or a floor length gown.

Cumberbund and waistcoats are optional.

Remember there will be the opportunity for dancing but also remember that graduation ball is a formal event so please bear both of these factors in mind when choosing an outfit.
