In need of a self-care night? Exams and assignments stressing you out? Come and join the Mental Health society for an evening full of serene relaxation, thoughtful journaling, therapeutic arts and crafts and even the chance to make your own self-care kit including: grounding cards, sensory toys, communication aids and tea! We will also be decorating with soft mood lighting and quiet meditative music for you to feel calm, relaxed and to make the space as accessible as possible!
