1. This competition is being run by Hertfordshire Students' Union and the University of Hertfordshire (College Lane, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, AL10 9AB)
2. The competition will run from Monday 4th December - Friday 8th December, with the competition open from 08:00 - 16:00 each day
3. The prize for the competition will be the wish that the student requested, providing it is within £100. It cannot be cash
4. The competition is open to all current students at the University of Hertfordshire. Entrants must be aged 18+
5. Permanent employees of Hertfordshire Students’ Union and the University of Hertfordshire, their family members and anyone else connected in any way with the competition, shall not be permitted to enter the competition unless otherwise stated
6. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition
7. To enter the competition you must follow @HertsSU and the @UniofHerts, like the relevant post, tag a bestie and comment your wish. Only entries that provided a wish that does not exceed a value of £100 will be accepted. From this pool of entries, two students will be selected at random to win each day
8.  Only one entry per day will be accepted per student and winning students may not re-enter. Any further entries will be discarded
9.  By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her/their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions
10.  No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason
11.  The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice
12.  The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition
13.  No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice
14.  The winner of the competition will be chosen at random and will be notified as soon as possible
15.  The winner will be asked to provide Hertfordshire Students' Union with their full name and student ID number to prove their student status. The winner must respond to Hertfordshire Students' Union within 3 days with these details, which must match our student records. Failure to provide details that match our records within this timeframe will mean the winner must forfeit their prize
16.  Hertfordshire Students’ Union's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into
17.  The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England
18.  The winner agrees to the use of his/her/their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent
