Part Time Telephone Collector

INSURANCE COLLECTIONS BUREAU is looking for part time evening telephone collectors for our busy call centre in Welwyn Garden City. Candidates must have good written & spoken English and a confident telephone manner. Must also be able to manage conflict. Full training will be provided.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Making outbound calls

Answering inbound calls

Collecting payments

Dealing with queries
