Welcome to the Geography & Environmental Planning Society! 

The GEP Society creates a welcoming community for students on related programmes or those with an interest in the subject at the University of Hertfordshire. Our society provides opportunities to network, attend engaging events, learn, and support one another throughout our studies.

How to join?

If you study a related course, good news – you have automatically been granted a free society membership to this society, and you don’t need to do anything else!

• BSc (Hons) Environmental Management and Ecology
• BSc (Hons) Geography
• BSc (Hons) Human Geography
• BSc (Hons) Physical Geography
• MSc Environmental Management
• MSc Environmental Management for Agriculture
• MSc Sustainable Planning
• MSc Transport Planning
• MSc Water and Environmental Management
