We're all here to have fun so please respect all staff and fellow attendees in and outside the venue.
The following rules must be followed throughout your time at The Forum. Please take note of these rules prior to purchasing a ticket:
- 1. Violence, threats, disrespect, harassment, or discrimination will not be tolerated in this venue and will result in a ban.

- 2. Any abuse or violence towards our staff will not be tolerated and immediate eviction and ban will ensue.

- Drink to enjoy, not to excess - if you are deemed to be drinking to excess or irresponsbiltiy, you may be asked to leave. The same goes for if you arrive drunk, you will not be allowed entry.

- 3. We have a zero-tolerance apporach to drugs and will not allow entry or evict you from the venue.

- 4. Smoking or vaping in the venue is not permitted.

- 5. Anybody trying to gain access without a valid ticket or impersonating another person or use a transferred ticket or gain re-enry without consent will be subject to disciplinary action.

- 6. You must follow all the safety procedures in the venue.

- 7. You must bring both your Student ID and Photographic ID to gain entry.

- 8. A search is a condition of entry. Non-compliance will result in non-entry and further disciplinary action.

- 9. Do not bring any prohibited items to the venue. We reserve the right to confiscate any prohibited items. Anyone found in posession of such items will be refused admission, ejected from the venue and may also be liable for prosecution. No refunds will be given to customers who are refused admission due to possession of prohibited items.

- 10. The throwing of objects will not be tolerated.

- 11. Vandalism in the venue will not be tolerated. If caught, this will result in a ban and potential disciplinary action.

- 12. There is a no re-entry policy in this venue. Once you have left, you cannot return.

Any of the actions undertaken in The Forum Hertfordshire areas are subject to Hertfordshire Students' Union and University of Hertfordshire's Student Code of Conduct and can result in expulsion from the University.
