I understand and agree to the information being provided within this Idea for Change Form and for no other purpose. I further understand that my details may be shared with staff at the University of Hertfordshire/Hertfordshire Students' Union for event/security purposes. I understand that such data will not be shared with any other third party other than those mentioned above and will be managed and held in accordance with the Data Protection Act and General Data Protection Regulations. The information provided will be held for up to 18 months from submission.

I understand and agree that we will recieve an email with the team's decision within two weeks of submitting the application. If it is during university closure dates, the application will not start being processed until term time resumes. If approved, the SU will place the order via the links provided within the application form.
