Evidence

Please confirm which Bronze tasks you have completed:

 Attend Student Rep Training / Refresher Training (for returning reps)

Evidence: We'll take your attendance after you have completed the training and the pre and post-feedback form.

 Introduce yourself and your role to students in your course

Evidence: Send us a screenshot of you introducing yourself in an email, group chat, or a CANVAS announcement.

 Attend at least one of your Programme Academic Experience Groups (PAEG) and provide feedback using the Rep Feedback Template (check your emails for the template which was sent after your training)

Evidence:Submission of your Rep Feedback template sent to reps@hertssu.com and your attendance will be recorded at the meeting. We may also accept a screenshot of an email with your completed Rep Feedback Template and an explanation on why you cannot attend the PAEG (only accepted where there is a legitimate reason for missing both meetings and sufficient feedback has been provided).

 Submit one Rep Update during Semester A via the Rep Update Form

Evidence: Form submissions monitored by the Students' Union.

Please make sure you have provided sufficient evidence. If we are unsatisfied with the proof, we may contact you to see further proof of completion.
