Please select the tasks you have completed:

 Attend at least one Student Council meeting

Evidence: Attendance recorded by the Students' Union.

 Complete your Rep Handover Form (this will only become available from the beginning of April 2027)

Evidence: Handover form submission checked by the Students' Union.

 Attend at least one additional SU training session (e.g. Student Leader Skill Development Sessions or Student Leadership Conference)

Evidence: Attendance recorded by the Students' Union.

 Close the feedback loop with your cohort by sharing updates on the feedback you have raised and any actions or outcomes that have resulted.

Evidence: Screenshot of an email, Canvas announcement, group chat message, or other communication showing you have shared feedback outcomes from either your PAEG or School Student Forum with your cohort.
