Evidence: Attendance recorded by the Students' Union, or a screenshot of your email providing feedback and explaining why you cannot attend (only accepted where there is a legitimate reason for missing both meetings and sufficient feedback has been provided).
Promote at least one of the following surveys to your cohort
Herts Unfiltered – Open to all students in Semester A. PULSE Mid-Module Feedback Survey – Open to all students in Semesters A and B. Your Programme Leader will let you know when it becomes available. National Student Survey (NSS) – Open to final-year undergraduate students in Semester B. Postgraduate Taught Experience Survey (PTES) – Open to final-year postgraduate students in Semester B.

Meet with your School Community Organiser (SCO) either by attending a monthly drop-in session or arranging an individual meeting
Evidence: Attendance recorded by the Students' Union at the drop-in session, or a screenshot of confirmation of an individual SCO meeting being booked via email.
Submit one Rep Update during Semester B via our form
Evidence: Form submissions monitored by the Students' Union.
