The Student Rep Grant Fund is here for all Student Reps to bring their ideas to life.

The Student Rep Grant Fund is here to help Student Reps with funding for everyday activities, events and campaigns. Each Student Rep needs to fill out the form below with as much detail as possible which will then be sent to a panel for a decision. It might take up to two weeks to hear back during term-time. The application form will close during University closure periods.

If you don't provide enough details, the panel might ask you to add more information, which could delay the process. Make sure you're thorough throughout your application.

Please note, the funding isn't guaranteed and will depend on the panel's decision.

I understand and agree to the information being provided within this Student Rep Grand Fund Application Form and for no other purpose. I further understand that my details may be shared with staff at the University of Hertfordshire/Hertfordshire Students' Union for event/security purposes. I understand that such data will not be shared with any other third party other than those mentioned above and will be managed and held in accordance with the Data Protection Act and General Data Protection Regulations. The information provided will be held for up to 18 months from submission.

I understand and agree that we will recieve an email with the panel's decision within two weeks of submitting the application. If it is during university closure dates, the application will not start being processed until term time resumes If approved, the SU will place the order via the links provided within the application form.
