Beginner Class: Perfect for those who’ve never tried pole or are feeling a bit rusty. Get ready to learn the basics in a fun and supportive environment.
What to Wear: Wear shorts and a sports top that allows your arms and shoulders to show (think sports bras or tank tops)—your skin needs to grip the pole! You can chose to be barefoot or otherwise wearing socks.
What to Bring: Water bottles to stay hydrated!
