Huskis: Ski and Snowboard

* Design Tour promotional material. E.g posters, flyers.

* Design and production of society merchandise, Hoodies, tshirts etc.

* Manage societies facebook group and website.

* Keeping track of Society income and expenditure

* Staying up to date with how many paid members your Society has

* Making sure all financial matters are conducted honestly and openly

* Keeping all receipts and invoices to be able to claim back money

* Paying in all cash and cheques to the finance office

* Making sure you don’t spend what you don’t have on events

* Updating social media (Facebook, Twitter, SU mini-site etc.)

This role is also known as Treasuer and Media.

* Organise the advertising for the ski society that is essential for freshers and sports fairs at the beginning of the university year to attract new members to the society.

* Organise and host socials

* Keeping track of your members

* Co-ordinating local Snowcentre visits

* Sending out meeting agendas & organising the AGM

* Making sure everyone is aware of what has been discussed at meetings

* Communicating with Society members on a regular basis via social media and email

* Help the Treasurer with management of society funds.

* Promptly completing any risk assessments and other paperwork required by the SU.
